Shipping

We are based out of Toronto, Ontario Canada. 

All orders placed through the online shop will be sent using FedEx services, www.fedex.com can provide you with more information as to approximate shipping and associated costs to your location. 

Domestic standard shipping typically takes between 2-7 business days in addition to order processing time and product availability. Expedited shipping is also available to our Canadian customers for additional fees as outlined by FedEx.

Tracking information will be provided through FedEx on all orders within 24 — 48 hours of your package being shipped, as well as any additional information on your package being made available through e-mail.

Alternatively many of our orders may be available for drop off or pick up as accommodated by the shop or at one of our pop up store locations. These orders may still be paid for utilizing Paypal's online service linked to the store. 

Please specify if you require shipping with your order when providing your address and contact information. 

As we regrettably do not have a store location at this time, product requests and holds may be taken at our discretion with arranged pick up and payment. These requests can be made through our customer service CONTACT form or through [email protected].

Shipping costs are not included in merchandise pricing and will be at the expense of the customer unless otherwise specified.
