Returns
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise.
Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be
refunded to the original form of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement and up to 7 days to appear on any other applicable bank statements.
After 30 days, exchange only will be accepted for product remaining in stock. If we have sold out of the returned merchandise, as many of our products have limited run numbers or are one of items, online credit will be issued to the customer.
Regrettably, worn merchandise cannot be returned. If worn product is shipped as a return it will not be processed. The customer is responsible for any associated shipping charges.
Returns will be processed after the shop has inspected the returned items and confirms they are in their original condition or has addressed any product concerns with the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date the product is delivered to our shop for the return to be processed. An e-mail will be sent to the customer confirming processing of their return and return or exchange shipping time. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order
Shipping and handling is a non-refundable charge on all returns.
We will also facilitate merchandise return or exchange at any of our pop up shop locations with proof of purchase and original receipt within the initial 30 days.
